CABIN FEE ACT DEEMED COSTLY TO US GOVERNMENT OVER TEN YEAR PERIOD

This memo is a convoluted way to say it, but apparently there is an increase in spending by the USFS to cover the decreased General Fund revenues of the Cabin Fee Act. We do not know the full implications of this or if all considerations have been included in the analysis. We will know more after the NFH meeting this week-end in Sacramento. Stay tuned.
