The State Water Resources Control Board [SWRCB] has just release a finding that the current procedures for maintaining lake levels at 5610′ MSL until Labor Day are unnecessary and are recommending drops to 5600″ in ‘Normal’ or ‘Normal Dry’ years. The photo is at that 6600′ level. We only received information on this decision this week and the time for public comment ends on Friday the 13th, which is an appropriate date. See the link to the SWRCB plan. We will post a sample letter shortly.
