PG&E, FERC and TUD >> Lake Level

We lost the battle for the lake level.

On August 6, 2020, the Executive Director of the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) issued a water quality certification amendment to modify to the minimum lake level requirement at Pinecrest Lake on Labor Day for the Spring Gap-Stanislaus Hydroelectric Project (Project) (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Project No. 2130).  The Project is located in Tuolumne County on the South Fork Stanislaus River and is owned and operated by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
